Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, insights-driven social media plans that align with business strategy objectives and audience trends
- Build and manage end-to-end social media campaigns, from goal-setting to platform selection, creation, publishing and performance analysis
- Conduct content planning and ideation sessions in collaboration with marketing, product, and creative teams
- Create compelling multimedia content (videos, images, written copy) tailored to platform-specific formats and brand voice
- Organise, attend, and support video shoots and photo sessions (in-studio, on-location, or at events), including editing for social media
- Maintain and update a detailed content calendar, ensuring timely publication and adapting in real-time based on business and product updates
- Lead monthly reporting and content performance reviews, using data to optimize and guide future content decisions
- Monitor and engage with online communities, fostering interaction, building relationships, and managing comments/messages
- Advise internal stakeholders on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
- Manage all channel features including highlights, bios, links, stories, and other platform tools
Requirements
- On-camera presence or willingness to appear in branded social content
- 3+ years of professional experience managing and growing brand social media platforms
- Strong portfolio of high-performing, platform-specific content
- Proven ability to drive engagement and community growth through content
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Additional European language(s)
- Familiarity with network marketing or direct sales business models
- Naturally curious, personable, and enthusiastic about engaging with people
- Experience working in an international or multilingual team
