Job Summary
You will own the end-to-end client touchpoints and enquiry workflow, support community outreach efforts, and help with administrative processes to drive growth.
- Own warm client interactions and enquiry handling from first contact to follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and the CRM.
- Support planning and delivery of community outreach campaigns and events.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional and friendly first point of contact for all clients and visitors.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries with excellent customer service.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication throughout the enquiry process.
- Accurately record and update client information using Microsoft Office and our CRM system.
- Assist in qualifying enquiries before referring suitable cases to our partner firms.
- Support the planning and delivery of community outreach campaigns across Tower Hamlets.
- Participate in local door-to-door awareness campaigns, distributing marketing materials and introducing Veridian Consultancy to local residents.
- Attend community events, workshops and networking opportunities alongside the management team.
- Build positive relationships with local residents, community organisations and businesses.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, presentations and community information packs.

- The ability to build trust and rapport with members of the public.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
- Confidence working both in an office environment and out in the local community.
- A willingness to participate in door-to-door awareness campaigns and community engagement activities.
- Good problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, community engagement, sales support or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM systems is advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
- Comfortable making and receiving telephone calls.
- Confident using computers and learning new software.
- Experience working with members of the public is highly desirable.
- Experience within charities, community organisations, housing associations or customer-facing environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
