Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of communications and engagement activity that helps colleagues, partners and residents understand and contribute to key programmes. This includes:
  • Developing clear, accessible content across digital and print channels
  • Supporting campaigns, launches, consultations and engagement events
  • Translating complex policy and service changes into meaningful messages
  • Working closely with programme teams, corporate communications and partners
  • Using insight and feedback to review and improve communications activity
  • Ensuring communications reflect the voices and experiences of diverse communities

Requirements

  • Experience delivering communications, campaigns or engagement activity
  • Ability to turn complex information into clear, audience-focused content
  • Strong writing and editing skills across formats (e.g. briefings, web, campaigns)
  • Experience supporting events, workshops or stakeholder engagement activity
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience using insight and feedback to improve communications
  • A commitment to inclusive, accessible communication and understanding diverse communities
