Responsibilities

• You will lead our communications and community engagement activities, oversee reception services and help showcase the incredible achievements of our students and staff.
• Strengthening connections with families, local organisations and stakeholders, while ensuring every visitor experiences a warm and professional welcome.
• Be able to manage competing priorities and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Create high-quality communications that promote and celebrate the academy.

Requirements

• Ideally, you will have experience in communications, marketing, administration, customer service or education, along with experience of organising events and supervising staff.
• You will be confident using Microsoft Office and Canva (or similar design software), have a good understanding of social media platforms, and be able to work with professionalism, discretion and flexibility, including supporting occasional evening events.
• You will be a confident, organised and creative professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for building positive relationships.
