Job Summary

Own the narrative and stakeholder engagement for NCHA, shaping trusted communications, crisis response, and measurable campaigns across channels.

  • Trusted advisor to teams and shaping effective, creative communication strategies.
  • Second point of contact for media inquiries and crisis communications.
  • Tell NCHA’s stories and manage PR activity.
  • Plan and produce key corporate communications and events (newsletters, magazines, conferences, Town Hall).
