Job Summary

Own China brand strategy and cross-border collaboration by translating global brand guidelines into China, orchestrating 360 campaigns, and stewarding premium partnerships with a data-driven, cross-functional lens.

  • Growth & Alignment: Own localization of global brand into China and coordinate HQ-China campaigns and assets.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated campaigns, launches, and events with brand tone appropriate to China.
  • Brand Health & Partnerships: Build a brand health monitor, manage premium media/agency partnerships, and influence brand optimization with data insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Based in London, liaise daily with global brand headquarters to deeply interpret global brand strategy, core values, and visual guidelines
  • Develop annual brand development plans and marketing budgets for the Chinese market based on Chinese market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis, and secure headquarters' approval and support
  • Establish and maintain a unified brand asset library to ensure all communication touchpoints in the Chinese market are highly consistent with the global brand image
  • Convey core brand messages to the Chinese operations team and provide professional brand guidance and training
  • Lead the planning of 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns that align with global brand tone and adapt to the Chinese market, including new product launches, thematic promotions, brand collaborations, art crossovers, pop-up stores, VIP tasting events, etc.
  • Coordinate between global headquarters and Chinese teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Responsible for localization adaptation and secondary creation of global brand content to create premium-quality, culturally relevant communication for the Chinese market
  • Manage and maintain partnerships with premium global media, artists, and creative agencies to introduce high-quality brand resources to the Chinese market
  • Participate in new brand acquisition and partnership negotiations, assisting with brand due diligence and cooperation proposal development
  • Liaise with supply chain, design, marketing and other departments at global brand headquarters to resolve various operational issues in the Chinese market

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of brand management experience in the luxury industry, experience in home, fragrance, or lifestyle categories is preferred
  • Deep understanding of the luxury industry, with keen global market insight and high-end aesthetic ability
  • Proven ability to independently plan and execute large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, with successful cases preferred
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and project management ability, able to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Meticulous and rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, and extreme pursuit of quality
  • Right to work legally in the United Kingdom
  • Work experience at headquarters or China region of international luxury brands
  • Experience in brand licensing or cross-border business
  • Proficient in data analysis tools, able to develop marketing strategies based on data
  • Experience in B2B channel cooperation or high-net-worth customer marketing
