Job Summary

Own the anime and ACG content engine on a hybrid London marketing footprint, delivering end-to-end campaigns around IP launches and fan communities.

  • Content & Campaign Ownership: plan calendars, write copy, coordinate assets, publish, and analyze results to lift engagement and brand lift.
  • Platform & Community Alignment: grow and manage fan communities on Bilibili, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, LOFTER and related channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage anime, manga, and ACG-related content across digital platforms.
  • Develop engaging editorial calendars, campaign ideas, and content strategies that increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage and grow social media communities across platforms such as Bilibili, Weibo, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, LOFTER, and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate content and promotional campaigns around major IP launches, new releases, collaborations, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver end-to-end campaign execution, including content planning, copywriting, asset coordination, publishing, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor content performance and campaign metrics, producing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging fan communities, and popular anime, manga, and gaming titles to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Creative teams to deliver engaging digital experiences and marketing initiatives.
  • Utilise AI tools to improve content production, planning, and workflow efficiency where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, Community Management, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement and campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to commute to our London office and work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred

  • Strong interest in anime, manga, gaming, and ACG culture.
  • Familiarity with major anime, manga, or gaming communities and digital content platforms.
  • Experience planning community engagement campaigns, creator collaborations, or user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Chinese social media platforms such as Bilibili, Xiaohongshu (RED), Weibo, Douyin, or LOFTER.
  • Experience supporting entertainment, gaming, publishing, or digital media brands.
  • Experience using AI tools to support content creation, campaign planning, or marketing workflows.
