Job Summary

Own brand and community growth for venues and events with end-to-end ownership of audience acquisition, CRM-driven segmentation, and lifecycle engagement.

  • Shape brand identity and activate culture across channels to drive talkability
  • Own top-of-funnel growth and data capture to fuel retention and repeat attendance
  • Collaborate with promoters, creators, and partners to deliver activations that move events from awareness to loyalty

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow engaged communities around each venue and event series
  • Shape and evolve brand identity, tone, and positioning across channels
  • Identify cultural trends (music, fashion, nightlife) and translate them into brand activity
  • Conceptualise and deliver creative activations, collaborations, and experiences
  • Originate ideas that drive footfall, relevance, and talkability
  • Work closely with promoters, DJs, creatives, and partners
  • Own top-of-funnel growth: audience acquisition, sign-ups, and data capture
  • Develop strategies to grow and segment customer databases
  • Analyse performance and continuously optimise campaigns and initiatives
  • Use CRM systems to segment audiences and deliver targeted communication
