Job Summary

Own the frontline brand ambassador role with in-person engagement, driving sign-ups and shaping the customer experience.

  • Frontline ownership: in-person engagement with the public to promote products and drive sign-ups.
  • Feedback loop: gather customer insights to support campaign success and brand experience.
  • Travel and training: participate in daily coaching and travel to locations including UK and beyond.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients professionally through face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Engage with members of the public to promote products and services while creating a positive brand experience.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and confidently communicate key product benefits.
  • Generate customer interest and assist individuals with the sign-up or purchasing process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Attend daily training sessions and team meetings to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to support campaign success.
  • Travel to various campaign locations as required, with opportunities for both UK and international business trips.

Preferred
