Job Summary

Own the affiliate publisher ecosystem with a focus on activating partners, driving performance, and delivering measurable ROI through data-driven collaboration with Sales, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams.

  • Publisher Management & Performance: oversee day-to-day publisher campaigns, live status, tracking accuracy, and KPI delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: monitor volume, CPL, conversion rate, and PGP, providing weekly/monthly insights with escalation where needed.
  • Publisher Activation & Outreach: support outreach to new and dormant publishers, onboarding, and early-stage activation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Publisher Management & Performance: oversee day-to-day publisher campaigns, live status, tracking accuracy, and KPI delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: monitor volume, CPL, conversion rate, and PGP, providing weekly/monthly insights with escalation where needed.
  • Publisher Activation & Outreach: support outreach to new and dormant publishers, onboarding, and early-stage activation.
  • Data Accuracy & Admin: maintain clean, accurate partner data across systems and dashboards, with proper logging of communications and changes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: work with Sales, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to support testing, launches, and optimization across the Network.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years previous experience in an Affiliate Marketing account management or equivalent position.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing sales funnels and commercials.
  • Proven ability in building relationships is essential.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a results-oriented approach to delivering ROI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • First class communication and presentation skills.
  • Takes ownership of performance and is proactive about improvement.
  • You are proactive and enjoy contributing as part of a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • You bring humility and a collaborative spirit.

Preferred

  • experience building and converting new partnerships is a plus.
