Job Summary

Own the early marketing build for a B2C audience with end-to-end ownership of strategy, multi-channel campaigns, livestreams, and team leadership.

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns and unify brand messaging across digital, print, and B2B channels.
  • Own livestream hosting and social community initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Set up processes, budgets, and data-driven improvements to prove impact and guide next bets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Host & Manage social media lives, which may include live jackpot wins and competitions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimised.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and B2B platforms.
  • Analyse market data and campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies and optimise results.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, presentations, and social media platforms using digital media platforms and other tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards for all marketing initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation - you’ll be the first on our team, so we need you to set the bar high!

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within B2C environments.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex campaigns on time.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and organisation purposes.
  • Demonstrable leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, IT systems, and communication strategies.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
