Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creative development for paid social campaigns, translating strategy into compelling ads and briefs while using AI to scale output.

Creative Execution: Develop paid social concepts across Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
Copy & Briefs: Write advertising copy and briefs that translate strategy into winning ads.
AI-Driven Scale: Use generative AI tools to produce, iterate, and scale creative output and refine briefs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop paid social ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, and other channels
Write advertising copy and briefs
Use generative AI tools to produce, iterate, and scale creative output
Build and refine creative briefs that translate strategy into winning ads
Analyse performance data and feed learnings back into creative strategy
Stay close to trends in the DTC, beauty, and wellness space

Requirements

A genuine passion for marketing, storytelling, and what makes people buy
Some understanding of consumer psychology and direct response principles, formally studied or self-taught
Strong experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image/video gen)
Strong writing ability, clear, persuasive, and adaptable in tone
Curiosity and drive to learn; you read about marketing in your own time
Experience in beauty, wellness, or DTC is a plus but not essential
