Job Summary

Own client strategy and delivery for a compact agency team, turning ambiguous briefs into concrete plans and hands-on execution across multiple clients.

Lead strategy workshops and board-level sessions to shape client vision.
Manage a 3-person team delivering across 4–6 clients with hands-on execution.
Build a scalable plan from ambiguity and drive delivery in a fast paced environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead a team of driven marketers to help clients shape and execute their digital marketing visions
Manage a team of 3 delivering across 4–6 clients
Lead from the front in a very flat structure
Lead strategy workshops with board-level clients
Review a client’s social media calendar for typos and suggest improvements to a client’s latest blog
Turn ambiguity into a solid plan and work with the team to deliver on that plan for multiple clients
Take a hands-on approach across strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
Play a key role in growing Create Engage

Requirements

Senior marketing leader experience
Agency-side Account Director or client-side Marketing Director with multiple reports
Experience managing a team of 3 people
Strong understanding of effective marketing strategies in a B2B setting
Able to lead from strategy workshops to execution and to review and improve client content

Preferred

Ambitious, proactive, director level marketeer who relishes a challenge
