Job Summary

Own and execute end-to-end content creation for Phillips House across social media, product imagery, and internal training videos, coordinating shoots, editing, and publishing.

Lead on-camera jewelry content and self-modeling
Manage web content and line sheets with accuracy
Coordinate shoots, vendors, and travel for events

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, shoot, edit, and publish social media content, including on-camera/selfie-style content modeling the jewelry
Shoot white-background product images for stock and web following precise, repeatable instructions (we'll train you)
Manage and update web content and line sheets with zero-error accuracy
Produce and edit video content for social channels and internal training presentations
Book and produce professional photoshoots, including managing vendors, timelines, and budgets
Assist clients in our retail store as needed
Support brand and creative direction across all touchpoints
Travel occasionally for events and trade shows

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related field
Comfortable and confident on camera. This role includes regular on-camera modeling of jewelry (hands, neckline, and face will appear in content)
Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva, plus video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Exceptional attention to detail. You catch the typo, the wrong SKU, and the mismatched price.
Self-starter who works independently and follows through without reminders
Strong understanding of branding, aesthetics, and what makes content perform
Comfortable interacting with clients in a luxury retail environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to work 100% in-office in Miami Beach, with occasional travel
