Advise on positioning for our two founders as voices in ecommerce and marketplaces
Identify the right awards, conferences, and publications to target
Review and shape pitches, bylines, and major content pieces
Coach our founders on media interviews and speaking opportunities
Bring a pragmatic, founder-friendly approach (no big-agency processes)

Requirements

10+ years in PR and communications, including senior in-house or boutique agency leadership
Run your own consulting practice already and have other clients
Have a deep, current network of press and event contacts, ideally in business, tech, ecommerce, or retail-tech
Have worked with founders directly on personal branding and company communications
Are comfortable being strategic and selective rather than billing every hour you can
Can show concrete results from previous engagements (press placements, speaking, awards, profile growth)
