Job Description

Responsibilities

Write and edit copy across a variety of channels, including web, email, social media, advertising, product, and marketing materials.
Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Write, refine, and optimize AI prompts to generate high-quality first drafts aligned to brand voice and objectives; edit, rewrite, and fact-check AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and authenticity of tone.
Revise and refine copy based on feedback from stakeholders
Proofread and fact-check content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Drive approval of content with cross-functional teams involving live review and software platform approvals.
Contribute ideas during brainstorming and concept development sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house setting, with at least 2 years dedicated to a CPG brand; experience in the health and wellness space is a plus.
A creative storyteller with an editorial background.
Demonstrated aptitude in creating (concept, write, edit) elevated lifestyle/wellness conversion-driven product copy.
Experience writing for eCommerce platforms like Amazon, and implementing SEO and GEO best practices.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multi-disciplinary teams, and able to take direction and feedback from various stakeholders.
Demonstrated understanding of current creative media, AI capabilities, and trends.
