Responsibilities

Optimize Digital Properties: Improve e-commerce platform, customer support resources, and website experiences to enhance usability, engagement, conversion rates, and digital performance.
Develop Customer and Dealer Content: Create and manage marketing materials, product content, training resources, and support documentation for customer and dealer success.
Analyze and Improve Content Performance: Monitor analytics to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements.
Support Product Growth Initiatives: Develop content and digital campaigns to drive adoption and sales of products while supporting go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate Across Functional Teams: Work with marketing, sales, product management, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with growth goals.
Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Content creation and digital marketing expertise.
Website, e-commerce, and user experience optimization.
Data analysis and performance reporting.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
3 years in content marketing, digital marketing, or web content management.
Experience managing website content and marketing materials.
