Job Summary

Own the market research, ROI‑driven promo analysis, and multi‑channel content engine that feeds sales and brand campaigns for M&M/FS. You will own budget routing across divisions, coordinate partner materials, and steward community outreach and talent events to drive visibility and referrals.

Market and campaign ownership: research, insights, and reporting tied to sales seasons and promotional ROI.
Content, media, and partner orchestration: basic content creation, newsletters, media coordination, and materials with vendors.
Community and field outreach: events, sponsorships, FFA relations, and public-facing storytelling to boost goodwill and local engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Conducts market and customer research to support sales strategies and seasonal campaigns.
Analyzes promotional performance and offers ROI‑focused insights for M&M/FS-branded marketing initiatives.
Maintains marketing information systems and delivers prompt reports for department managers and leadership.
Manages advertising budgets and allocates spending across agronomy, energy, grain, and retail divisions.
Reviews and approves advertising to ensure accuracy and M&FS brand standards.
Collaborates with internal teams and vendors to produce high‑quality promotional materials and campaigns.
Creates marketing content, including basic design and coordination with media partners.
Leads the creation and distribution of newsletters and communication pieces highlighting the M&M Service Company Team.
Oversees public‑facing content such as media releases, interviews, and articles that promote M&M Service Company’s mission and community involvement.
Plans and executes promotions, customer events, field days, and community outreach activities.

Requirements

Normally requires an associate or bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, Marketing or the equivalent thereof, and/or 4 - 5 years or more of office related work experience to demonstrate advanced knowledge of professional communication skills, typing ability and Microsoft Office programs.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
