Job Summary
Own brand CRM governance and cross-brand coordination for data-driven direct mail and email programs, ensuring marketing objectives are met and agency collaboration stays on track.
- Brand CRM ownership: set requirements for owner and prospect communications and audience rules across brands.
- Campaign ops and governance: manage multiple concurrent projects from brief through approvals, with status reporting and agency launch coordination.
- GTM and budget management: maintain enterprise CRM materials and track incentive and agency budgets for Stellantis brands.
Job Description
- Manage brand CRM strategies to ensure the overall brand objectives and strategic directives are achieved
- Liaison with the appropriate brand stakeholders and agency project team in developing requirements for both owner and prospect communication strategies
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple concurrent projects for dynamic data-driven direct mail and email campaigns and digital/interactive solutions, including definition of business rules for audience selection and treatment, creative routing to each of the brands and legal approval Facilitate communications, between brand and agency and oversees project timing, creative routing for approval, agency status reporting and supports agency in brand and launch status meetings
- Review and provide input on materials, before they sent to brand, to ensure marketing objectives are being met
- Manage AOR to communicate project status, dependencies, issues, and risks to appropriate stakeholders
- Maintain and manage monthly, and quarterly GTM materials at an Enterprise CRM level, and at a brand level
- Responsible for tracking incentive budget requests for private offer programs, and monthly report out
- Responsible for tracking the agency/variable budget for assigned brands and supporting the Stellantis budget approval process
