Job Summary

Own a branding and production workflow that keeps campus communications consistent, with a clear ownership of templates, print specs, and vendor coordination.

Brand Governance: Train departments, standardize templates, and enforce campus-wide branding compliance.
Production & Asset Ops: Manage Print Shop liaison, procurement bids, photography, and multimedia alignment with branding.
Project Oversight: Guide design/publication projects and ensure assets meet brand and strategic goals.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines within a creative team or independently.
Excellent verbal and written communications, including proofreading and grammar.

Preffered

Knowledge of photography and videography.
