Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all club communications
Maintain the club’s voice, tone, and visual identity
Assist Event Coordinator in the planning and execution of club events
Review and approve the annual and monthly event calendars to ensure balance, variety, and strategic alignment
Ensure events are marketed effectively and in a timely manner to maximize participation
Oversee all member-facing communications including emails, newsletters, website updates, flyers, and social media (if applicable)
Establish and manage a communication schedule so members receive clear, consistent, and advance notice of events
Act as a liaison between club leadership and members for marketing and communication initiatives
Lead the creation of a comprehensive annual event and marketing calendar (recognizing that dates may be fluid)

Requirements

3–5 years of marketing, communications, hospitality, or club management experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
Experience in private clubs, hospitality, or member-based organizations a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in email marketing platforms, basic design tools, spreadsheets, and content management systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
