Own integrated marketing strategies from development through execution, optimization, and measurement.
Work closely with agency and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and consumer experiences.
Champion growth initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions and leadership levels.
Collaborate with commercial and customer teams to drive sustainable business performance and marketplace execution.
Support and manage strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with broader business and brand objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
5+ years of brand management, marketing, or general management experience.
Experience within CPG, consumer-focused brands, food & beverage, retail, or related industries preferred.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into business action.
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Proven track record of delivering business results in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Strong analytical capabilities and a data-informed approach to decision making.
Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
This role is based at KDP headquarters in Frisco, Texas. Relocation to the Greater Dallas area is required, with approximately 10%-15% travel.
