Job Summary

Own and drive local, state, and internal marketing initiatives for a rapidly growing cannabis company, coordinating campaigns, vendor relationships, budgets, and retail promotions while maintaining a cohesive multi-channel presence.

Manage and maintain list of local business partners i.e. restaurant/bars, salons, galleries etc. to disseminate local promotional materials in collaboration with retail team.
Leverage and build upon retail loyalty program benefits and contacts.
Establish, execute and own social media content calendar.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
