Our role at HHG is to inform, guide and assist you in this adventure.What is Holistic Health?Our models of health, illness and disease have become scientific and mechanical. Whilst there have been great advances in health and medicine, we are starting to run out of steam and alternatives are cropping up everywhere; sometimes these are helpful, but often they are confusing.We in the Holistic Health Group believe that our models of health need to be fundamentally holistic. This means that not only should we look how the different bodily systems connect up and influence each other, but that we must also include a broader emotional, mental and social perspective.We also believe this broader perspective is where we start from and then includes other perspectives, rather than the other way around.But it also means you, the consumer, appreciating these foundations to health, illness and disease, so taking back control of your health and its direction, with sound information and guided understanding.Not only do we supply information, we assist this understanding and support you in managing your own health now and into the future.
