Own end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, customer advisory boards, webinars, regional events, and virtual experiences.
Develop comprehensive event plans, project timelines, logistics, budgets, and success metrics for each program.
Serve as the primary point of contact for event execution, ensuring every experience reflects a premium, professional brand presence.
Evaluate and recommend event opportunities, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and field marketing programs that support business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Demand Generation Managers to develop integrated event campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
Partner on attendee acquisition strategies, event promotion, nurture campaigns, and post-event follow-up programs.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve event performance, attendee engagement, and marketing impact.
Support executive leadership and subject matter experts participating in events, speaking engagements, webinars, and customer-facing programs.
Build strong relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
Confidently interact with C-level executives, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or related marketing roles.
Demonstrated experience planning and executing events like conferences, trade shows, webinars, executive events, and customer-facing programs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and customer-facing teams.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, social media platforms) and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Zoom Events, Swoogo, etc).
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed for events.

Preferred

Graphic design or basic layout skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital analytics tools.
Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, healthcare technology, or high-growth environments.
Experience supporting pipeline-generating marketing programs and understanding demand generation metrics.
