Job Summary

Own the cadence and tone of Air’s public narrative by consistently turning product launches, customer stories, and industry moments into high-impact social content that grows audience equity and positions leadership effectively.

Content Engine: Write daily posts for Air and CEO accounts and develop recurring formats, POVs, and narratives.
Early-Conversation Strategy: Identify opportunities to join conversations before they trend and maintain a fast feedback loop to optimize tone, format, and distribution.
Leadership Positioning: Ghostwrite posts and launch copy for leadership and collaborate with executives to sharpen messaging and positioning.

Requirements

3–5 years writing for technology companies, founders, products, or media brands
Deep understanding of startup and software culture
Extremely online, in the best way possible
Strong instincts for internet humor, timing, and attention
Clear POV on how positioning and distribution work in modern software
Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and a fast writer with sharp editing instincts
This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City.

Have built an audience online yourself
Have worked at a startup or SaaS company
Know tech Twitter lore embarrassingly well
Enjoy making fun of fake productivity culture and startup clichés
