Job Summary

Own the paid media engine for a major entertainment brand, leading end-to-end search and social campaigns, data-driven optimization, and client communication.

Own end-to-end paid search and paid social programs from setup to reporting across multiple platforms.
Track KPIs, use analytics tools, and translate data into optimization opportunities for campaigns.
Balance budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting, content posting, and cross-channel coordination to hit client goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Forecast and execute paid search strategies across Google, Bing, and YouTube Discovery; account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
Manage and optimize paid campaigns end-to-end with daily budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions
QA all campaign executions and reporting; monitor performance history and adjust to client objectives
Report and analyze KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement; use tools like DoubleClick Search and Google Trends
Forecast and track paid search demand and communicate findings to the client
Develop, manage, execute, and report on paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) with complex audience targeting
Post and boost client content on social channels; manage daily budget pacing
Demonstrate proficiency with basic bid management and optimization
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on client goals and data analysis
Communicate clearly in both verbal and written form and prioritize tasks within timelines

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred
1-2 years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns for larger brands; Entertainment industry preferred
Baseline competency in SEM, SEO, display, and paid social
Strong work ethic, time management, and ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate clearly in meetings
Agile and adaptable in a fast turnaround environment; self-starter
Analytical mindset with proactive problem solving and critical thinking
Strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex ideas concisely
Proven team player who performs under pressure
Strong Excel skills
