Job Summary

Own a dual track role that marries hands on charcuterie execution with social media leadership, driving on brand presentation for events while shaping the brand voice across channels.

Charcuterie and catering execution: maintain presentation standards, packaging, and on time delivery for events.
Social content ownership: produce posts, manage brand voice, and grow social presence.
Operational ownership: follow build guides, uphold safety, and support busy shifts while ensuring inventory and off site catering readiness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Preparing and assembling charcuterie boards, boxes, cups, and catering items
Accurately following food production build guides, portion sizes, and brand presentation standards
Slicing, folding, and arranging meats, cheeses, and produce with precision
Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
Supporting overall kitchen prep and food production workflow during busy shifts
Labeling, packaging, and staging orders for pick-up/delivery
Assisting with inventory organization, stocking, and product rotation
Supporting off-site catering setups when needed
Communicating with the team to ensure all orders are completed on time
Creating content for social media posting
