Job Summary

Own cross-functional medical communications programs that balance scientific rigor with regulatory compliance, coordinating client needs and internal teams to deliver strategic initiatives on time and on budget.

Collaborate on planning, presentations, and workshops to support brand and medical objectives

Requirements

8+ years’ experience in medical communications or healthcare communications/marketing
Prior experience within a medical communications agency
Strong understanding of US pharma/healthcare regulations
Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred

Experience leading cross-functional scientific communication teams
Familiarity with medical strategy and competitive landscapes
Ability to identify and apply innovative or digital approaches in medical communications
Experience supporting conferences or onsite client meetings
Comfort integrating AI tools into workflows
