Create reports, dashboards, and insights that help leaders see progress and make informed decisions.
Lead communications programs, events, and strategic initiatives by aligning timelines, people, budgets, and resources.
Partner with Finance and business leaders to balance spend, resources, priorities, and realistic delivery.
Make work easier by improving processes, workflows, collaboration tools, and practical uses for AI.
Coach and support a direct report through clear expectations, meaningful feedback, and opportunities to grow.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in communications, operations, program management, corporate affairs, or a related function.
Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive results.
Experience using technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Preferred

Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, Public Affairs, or Marketing experience.
Background in operational planning, budget management, reporting, or dashboard development.
Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority.
Familiarity with project management, data visualization, and productivity tools.
Master's degree preferred.
