Job Description

Responsibilities

Email Creative (Klaviyo) – Design emails with a clear hierarchy that guides a customer toward action. Then work within established creative frameworks while continuously improving messaging, hierarchy, and performance.
Understand how subject lines, layout, product selection, and timing impact conversion
Participate in campaign planning conversations, not just final execution
Optimize layouts for mobile-first behavior and repeat purchase
Build clean, conversion-oriented email layouts that align with brand standards and performance goals.
Partner with marketing to iterate creative based on engagement and revenue performance, contributing strong copy suggestions when appropriate.
On-Site Creative Assets – Design homepage banners, promotional graphics, launch assets, and seasonal updates that are thoughtful and purpose driven, not just pretty or “complete.”
Translate campaign messaging into cohesive on-site visuals that support merchandising and inventory priorities, not just seasonal aesthetics
Understand homepage placement strategy, launch sequencing, and customer navigation behavior
Collaborate on product launches and drops, helping communicate urgency and value

Requirements

Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience designing for email, web, and digital advertising, ideally for consumer product or brand-driven businesses. Background in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce strongly preferred.
Understanding of inventory-driven marketing, product launches, and promotional timing.
Familiarity with sports, teams, and fan-based brands required.
Ability to contribute strong headline, hook, and angle suggestions; comfort collaborating on copy strategy.
