Job Summary

Own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns from setup to reporting, manage budgets, bids, creatives, and landing pages across a hybrid Burbank-based role.

Lead paid media strategy and execution across search and social
Drive data-driven optimization and performance reporting
Collaborate with internal and client teams to align on goals

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and manage paid search from setup to reporting.
Own budgets, bid management, negative keyword strategies, ad creative, and landing page performance
Track, analyze, and optimize based on goals and data
Use tools like Doubleclick Search, and Google Trends to drive decisions
Plan and execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
Build smart audience targeting strategies and boost client content
Monitor budget pacing, adjust bids, and troubleshoot issues in real time
QA campaigns, report on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
1+ years paid search and paid social (agency or in-house)
Experience with large brand campaigns (bonus if it's in entertainment)
Strong communicator Excellent communication skills both (written, and verbal, client-facing)
Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
Self-starter able to deal with ambiguity and adaptable
Analytical mindset. Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely with strong presentation skills
Proven team player and works well under pressure
