Own the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy directly aligned to revenue targets and organizational growth goals.

Build a structured creative testing framework in partnership with Growth to systematically improve CAC and MER.
Translate annual revenue objectives into a measurable content roadmap tied to acquisition, retention, and product expansion.
Establish performance benchmarks for content across paid media, PDPs, lifecycle, and organic channels.
Creative Direction & Brand Stewardship
Lead the creative vision across video, photography, UGC, copy, packaging design, and motion
Serve as a steward of the Clearly Filtered brand, evolving guidelines, voice, and visual standards as the company scales
Champion storytelling grounded in customer insight and the science behind Clearly Filtered’s technology

Requirements

8+ years of experience in content strategy, creative leadership, brand marketing, or related roles
Experience in product subscription, CPG, or high-growth consumer brands
