Job Summary

Drive hands-on fashion PR experience in an LA internship focused on celebrity placements and showroom events.

Assist with media outreach, editor gifting, showrooms, and event prep.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with media outreach, press tracking, influencer/celebrity placements, and event preparation
Support the gifting team and help secure celebrity placements
Support the gifting team and help secure influencer placements
Conduct editor outreach, manage gifting initiatives, and monitor brand mentions across print and online platforms
Assist with social media management to ensure consistent brand visibility
Showroom: Assist with merchandise preparation, showroom organization, and styling support for celebrities, editors, and stylists
Help maintain showroom aesthetics and gather images for pitches
Events: Build outreach lists, provide administrative support, and assist in event production; opportunities to work at Los Angeles-based events
Operations: Support inventory management and processing using LaunchMetrics Fashion GPS; gain hands-on experience in fashion logistics, merchandising, sample coordination, and inventory management; may assist Operations as needed
Business Development: Research and identify potential new brands, support outreach strategies, and assist with client acquisition initiatives; may support Business Development as needed

Requirements

Must be 18 or over to apply
This internship is in-office based in Los Angeles
Interns will work 1–3 days per week, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, for a duration of 2-3 months
Must have a laptop for internship use
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic with a serious ambition to build a career in fashion
Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at research and utilizing available resources

Preferred

Some exposure to fashion or public relations preferred
Having a vehicle for pick-ups/drop-offs to talent and stylists location is a plus (but not required)
Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic with a serious ambition to build a career in fashion
Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills
