Job Summary

Leads strategic and tactical interactive marketing engagements for life sciences clients, owning the development and delivery of integrated campaigns and client relationships.

Owns development of strategic and tactical marketing plans and campaign roadmaps.
Guides client strategy and maintains senior-level relationships.
Coordinates cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver integrated solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Provides strategic leadership in developing and leading strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans to clients.
Counsels clients on effective marketing strategy based on research and best practices to meet the clients’ needs and objectives.
Ultimately accountable to the senior level client, provides advice and maintains relationships addressing concerns or needs and develops additional opportunities.
Provides clients with research, analytical metrics and strategic insight to develop and present effective solutions.
Oversee and lead the development of the entire campaign and project plans.
Oversee the delivery and financial impact on budget, target goals and objectives with the client.
Research, develop and collaborate with other Account Directors, EVERSANA INTOUCH departments and agency partners to continuously develop the integrated solutions offering from EVERSANA INTOUCH.
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
Approx. 8-12 years of related experience: client service, agency, and pharmaceutical experience required
Expertise in digital, media and technology marketing and advertising
Proven results with managing creative concept to delivery
Proven leadership and mentoring skills (guiding a large team and multiple clients); Responsible for account staff team development
Demonstrated track record of business development results from strong client relations
Proven ability to manage teams of people in cross functional roles across the organization
Strategic skill and strong business acumen
Proven negotiation skills
Creative thinker with analytical skills
