Responsibilities

Building and executing content strategies tailored to each client's brand, audience, and goals
Creating content that actually performs in different formats: graphics, captions, reels, stories (Canva is your best friend)
Writing copy that sounds like a real person, not a robot (Chatgpt is not your friend) or a press release
Staying ahead of trends, algorithm shifts, and platform updates so clients are never behind
Monitoring comments, DMs, and community engagement to keep audiences warm and loyal
Tracking analytics and using data to make smarter decisions, not just report numbers
Pivoting quickly when a trend hits or a client has a launch or moment worth capitalizing on
Spotting growth opportunities and bringing ideas to the table before anyone has to ask

Requirements

Proven experience in social media content creation, strategy, and copywriting
Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace
Comfortable across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and wherever the next platform takes us
A solid understanding of the health & wellness space — you don't need to be a practitioner, but you need to understand the basics and be willing to learn
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-player attitude
Able to analyze performance data and actually use it to adjust strategy
Comfortable using AI tools to support your workflow and analyze accounts but your voice and judgment always lead. If the content doesn't sound like a human wrote it, it's not ready.
