Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across media, content, innovation, retail, and eCommerce/omnichannel touchpoints, including digital shelf excellence, discoverability, content strategy, and channel-specific activation.
Run the Business: Own P&L performance and deliver growth through strategic choices across pricing, promotion, innovation, margin, and distribution. Lead annual and long-range planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis. Navigate complex cross-functional relationships to deliver cohesive results.
Lead Teams: Act as a collaborative leader, guiding cross-functional teams through ambiguity to achieve alignment and execution. Coach and develop Associate Brand Managers and early-career talent, fostering a high-performing and accountable team environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Consulting, or Strategy.
Brand Management experience.
Proven experience leading teams including direct team management experience preferred. Cross-functional team leadership experience also considered.
Proven experience managing a business in a matrixed environment.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with experience owning a P&L.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills; ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Ability to lead through ambiguity and operate with independence.

Preferred

MBA
CPG, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Pet, or Pet Food industry experience
Track record of coaching and developing talent
Experience with customer-facing strategies and external partnerships
