Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Build and refine strategies to grow Albion’s affiliate and collaborations program, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.
Content Creation: Develop compelling, original content, scripts, and campaigns tailored for affiliates and collaborators to enhance engagement and drive results.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with affiliates and collaborators, maintaining open communication and trust.
Budgeting & ROI Analysis: Allocate budgets across different initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
Performance Tracking: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure program alignment with brand messaging and goals.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in affiliate marketing, collaborations, or a related field
Proven expertise in content creation and campaign management, with a strong portfolio of innovative ideas and successful projects
In-depth understanding of ROI metrics and budget allocation strategies
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a passion for networking and collaboration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
