Job Description

Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, social media and Promotions efforts of del Lago Resort and Casino.
Assist the Senior Director of Marketing in ensuring the messaging and voice of Advertising and Promotions are consistent with the companies branding standards and guest service promise.
The Marketing Manager is responsible to ensure all Marketing, Advertising, and Promotions comply with New York State Gaming Commission and Responsible Gaming requisites.
Safeguards company assets and adhere to all cage policies and procedures
Maintains and is held accountable for all funds entrusted to them on an assigned shift
Creates teamwork by helping co-workers with essential function
Balances all money transactions and paperwork
Meets all attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
Adhere to all company policies and procedures to include strict adherence to attendance and appearance guidelines as well as confidentially
Handles Team Member and guest financial transactions

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have ability to:
Communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members, guests, and outside contacts
Required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Use all equipment associated with the position, including but not limited to computer keyboard
Interpret and follows through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Previous customer service experience preferred
