Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide video and print marketing campaigns to support Retail, Workforce Development, Interpretations Services, Philanthropy, and Corporate.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
Liaise with executive team and Department Managers to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.

Requirements

(BS/BA) in Marketing, PR, Journalism, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience
Two (2) years’ proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role managing projects; experience in a nonprofit setting is strongly preferred.
Experience with public relations, community outreach, administration and database management.
Experience managing social media accounts and executing social media campaigns
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and techniques
Strong email design and content creation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
