Job Summary

Own TikTok branding and product marketing narratives by translating product capabilities and measurement into advertiser-ready stories, while enabling sales with targeted assets and regional adaptation.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across TikTok’s branding solutions portfolio - Translate product capabilities, performance insights, and measurement into clear, compelling narratives for advertisers and sales teams - Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to gather market feedback and help inform product positioning and roadmap direction - Develop sales enablement materials and programs that drive product adoption and revenue growth - Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies for local markets and ensure strong in-market execution - Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising and measurement products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals Requirements - BA/BS degree or above. - 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related field. - Experience in digital advertising or media preferred. - Understanding of branding and advertising solutions, including how different industries approach marketing. - Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable narratives. - Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences. - Experience working cross-functionally; experience in global or regional environments. Preferred - A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. - Commercial mindset, with ability to connect marketing efforts to business impact. - Proactive, curious, and fast learner with strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
