Job Summary

Own and optimize paid media programs across Google, Bing, Meta and other networks, deliver campaign performance insights, and drive strategic improvements for clients while collaborating with internal teams on launches and stakeholder communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals
Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery
Analyze the performance of paid campaigns to develop and implement proactive and reactive strategies to continually improve performance
Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders
Effectively communicate what is happening in the campaigns, why it's happening and what we're doing about it to continually improve performance to internal and external stakeholders
Conduct and communicate competitive client research and develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies to position clients in front of their competitors through paid media campaigns
Provide recommendations to necessary stakeholders on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve paid media performance
Keep up to date with paid media best practices and planning and research tools
Collaborate with Paid Media Operations team on new account and/or new campaign launches
Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant paid media requests

Requirements

1-2 years of paid media experience in an agency environment
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working with formulas, sorting and filtering data, and creating reports to support campaign analysis
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and quality assurance
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate clearly with clients
Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced agency environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Experience creating and maintaining performance reports using platforms such as Looker Studio, NinjaCat, etc
Coachability: Demonstrates a growth mindset by actively seeking, embracing, and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and adapt to evolving processes and priorities
