Branding & Marketing Strategy
Brand Architecture: Analyze released and upcoming projects along with existing aesthetics to build and evolve the artist’s brand playbook (visual guidelines, core themes, content pillars, and tone of voice).
Campaign Creation: Develop campaign frameworks, smart-link conversion strategies (pre-saves, link-in-bio), and multi-week rollout plans for single releases, project drops, and video premieres.
Content Creation & Production
Concept & Campaign Ideation: Identify marketable audio hooks and sound snippets. Translate lyrical motifs, narrative themes, and sonic moments into distinct short-form video concepts.
Editing: Edit provided raw video footage into high-quality vertical assets. Create captivating video thumbnails. Maintain high standards for brand consistency and narrative clarity.
Publishing Strategy: Develop platform-specific SEO profiles, target hashtag clusters, and optimize publishing time windows across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Target Delivery : Establish and maintain weekly video delivery targets tied directly to the release calendar, ensuring steady promotional support for releases, video premieres, and upcoming shows.
Social Media Operations & Analytics
Ready-to-Post Handoff: Deliver fully rendered video assets alongside an actionable publishing guide for each post (finalized post copy, tagged native audio/sounds, hashtag clusters, and optimal posting windows).

Requirements

Industry Experience: Proven track record running social media campaigns, short-form video strategy, or creative direction within music or entertainment—ideally with independent or emerging artists.
Music Literacy: Ability to actively listen to raw audio files and extract narrative concepts, themes, and marketable hooks.
Editing & Design: Proficiency in vertical video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve), graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, or Figma), and workplace tools (Google Suite, Lark).
Analytics & Data Literacy: Ability to interpret native platform analytics (TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, Spotify for Artists) to evaluate content impact and optimize growth strategies.
Platform Expertise: In-depth mechanical and algorithmic knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging digital platforms.
