Responsibilities

Own Go-to-Market Strategy and Conversion
Define how we sell, who we sell to, and how we price across the entire product.
Design and refine sales motions fit for large, complex enterprise contracts, and plan capacity across the sales team as pipeline grows.
Build detailed customer and ICP profiles, synthesizing the explicit and implicit needs of the world's largest manufacturers into a repeatable sales process.
Develop presentations, proposals, and workshops that support enterprise engagement and conversion.
Inform Product Strategy and Direction
Shape product direction and development priorities through customer research, market analysis, and first-principles thinking.
Decide how we package, price, and take new products to market, and how we expand across industries from mobility and robotics to industrials, consumer electronics, med-tech, and retail.
Build Scalable Business Processes
Identify operational gaps and build the processes, documentation, and tooling that keep go-to-market, customer success, and product work repeatable and efficient as the business grows.

Requirements

2-5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth B2B startups, with a strong blend of analytical, strategic, customer-facing, and cross-functional expertise.
Demonstrated technical acumen and the ability to grasp our highly technical product, whether through a technical education or extensive experience with complex data or computer programming.
Experience building with AI tools like Claude Code, with AI already part of how you work day to day.
Available to work in our office in New York City at least 4 days a week.
Open to travel (0% - 25%) as required to support business needs.

You bring structure to unstructured problems. Given an open-ended question with no obvious frame, you build one and work from it.
Strong attention to detail and a "110% mindset" in all tasks.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and visual, for both internal and customer-facing audiences.
Comfort talking to customers and prospects. Customer research and time in the market is expected of all employees.
A proven ability to ramp fast on unfamiliar material. We sell to experts across topics like safety, emissions, cyber, data privacy, and restricted substances, and across many industries.
Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously, with an ability to quickly switch contexts.
Experience thriving in unstructured environments, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced, technical environment, such as early promotions or top-of-cohort ratings.
