Responsibilities

Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of complex email campaigns supporting Makeup, Loyalty, and value programs
Build strong cross-functional relationships to provide email strategy, channel best practices, and performance-based recommendations
Define segmentation strategies to expand personalization and drive deeper channel engagement
Collaborate with Email Marketing Operations to QA emails, ensuring flawless content, linking, and tracking
Support the execution and adoption of strategic Email MarTech initiatives in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and technology vendors
Translate business objectives into technology-enabled marketing solutions leveraging customer data architecture, automation, and campaign orchestration capabilities
Identify, prioritize, and execute experimentation opportunities including AI-enabled capabilities, dynamic content, and emerging technologies
Stay at the forefront of email marketing technology and industry innovation, proactively evaluating new tools and best practices
Analyze email performance across all KPIs to inform campaign strategies and surface key trends
Consolidate and socialize wins, test results, and future recommendations with stakeholders

Requirements

4+ years of experience in email and digital marketing, retail preferred
3+ years of strong understanding of email best practices, including segmentation and personalization
Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience using reporting tools to drive action
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate ambiguity across teams, projects, and priorities
