Job Summary

You will own the design and production of branded graphics and motion content for Elite Tournaments, driving campaigns across social, email, websites, and events. Key workstreams include graphic design, video editing, asset management, and cross-team collaboration to maintain brand consistency and support multi-brand marketing campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Design branded graphics for social media, email marketing, websites, and digital advertising
Create promotional materials for upcoming events, registration campaigns, and special announcements
Create templates and creative assets for tournaments and events, including social media graphics, email headers, signage concepts, digital advertisements, and other branded marketing materials
Develop templates and creative assets that align with Elite Tournaments' brand standards
Assist with sponsor and partner graphics as needed
Prepare artwork for a variety of digital marketing initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Create event recap videos using existing photo and video assets captured by Elite Tournaments staff and photographers
Develop engaging motion graphics and animated content to support marketing campaigns

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator), Canva or similar tools
Superior oral and written communication skills
Effective organizational skills for management of multiple tasks
Creativity in brainstorming and executing content creation
Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in a degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Preferred

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of the youth sports landscape and particularly the youth soccer and lacrosse tournament club, sector, and demographic in the United States.
