Job Summary

Own the end-to-end planning and optimization of integrated media campaigns, leveraging first-party data to target audiences, translate objectives into actionable recommendations, and collaborate across Sales, Ad Operations, Analytics, and Product to drive performance and test initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the development of integrated media plans, including audience strategy, budget allocation, channel mix, and timing
Use Citi’s first-party data to help define target audiences and improve campaign performance
Translate campaign objectives into clear planning recommendations with guidance from senior team members
Partner with Sales and Account teams to support pre-sale planning and client presentations
Collaborate with Ad Operations, Analytics, and Product to ensure campaigns are feasible and executed correctly
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve key metrics (e.g., ROAS, conversion, engagement)
Help communicate planning approach, performance expectations, and optimization ideas in internal and client discussions
Contribute to developing and improving planning processes, tools, and templates
Support test-and-learn initiatives and pilot campaigns to validate capabilities
Assist in planning for both active campaigns and new business opportunities

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in media planning, advertising, or commerce media
Experience supporting campaign execution from brief through launch
Understanding of digital media planning across channels
Familiarity with concepts such as audience targeting, programmatic, and campaign measurement
Ability to work with data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Comfort working cross-functionally across teams
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience (preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field)
