Job Description

Responsibilities

Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face
Introduce our premium energy-efficient replacement windows and doors
Educate homeowners on the benefits of upgrading their windows, including improved energy efficiency, comfort, curb appeal, and home value
Schedule qualified in-home consultations for our design consultants
Track appointments and daily activity using company tools
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing our brand
Consistently achieve daily and weekly appointment goals

Requirements

Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Comfortable speaking with new people every day
Self-motivated, dependable, and competitive
Able to work outdoors and walk several miles during a shift
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, military, or canvassing experience is a plus—but no experience is required. We provide paid training.
This position requires daily travel (Monday-Friday )to zip code 77031
