Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as client lead on creator programs, building trust and guiding strategy
Develop creator strategies that connect brand objectives with culture and creator storytelling
Oversee multiple creator programs/accounts at once, ensuring quality and integration
Lead creator rosters, negotiations, and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines
Manage, mentor, and inspire a junior team
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, earned, and production teams to ensure integrated delivery
Track, analyze, and present campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and optimizations
Contribute to agency growth by refining processes, expanding creator offerings, and sharing thought leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and industry partners
Support new business efforts through strategy development, creator recommendations, and client presentations

Requirements

6-8 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social strategy, or related field
Proven ability to lead large-scale creator campaigns for major consumer brands
Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, cultural trends, and platform dynamics
Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills
Skilled in contract negotiations, budget oversight, and campaign reporting
Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to connect big-picture strategy with detailed execution
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
