Job Summary

Own and coordinate alumni communications programs across newsletters, campaigns, storytelling, and online engagement, while driving measurement and cross-team collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Draft, build, QA, and coordinate alumni newsletters and email campaigns.
Curate content across Bain news, alumni updates, jobs, events, and learning resources.
Support alumni storytelling, including profiles, social content, and short-form features.
Support engagement on BeyondBain, including groups, posts, and community activity.
Coordinate communications for campaigns, events, and priority alumni initiatives.
Manage timelines, trackers, approvals, and stakeholder inputs.
Track engagement metrics and prepare first-pass performance summaries.
Support A/B testing and maintain templates, QA checklists, and repeatable processes.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in communications, email marketing, content operations, community management, alumni relations, or a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent organization and project coordination skills.
High attention to detail and sound judgment for external-facing communications.
Experience with email marketing, CRM, social media, community platforms, or related tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams, geographies, and functions.
Ability to synthesize information into clear, engaging communications.
